This explains how Maxiprint handles quote-form data and uses analytics only with your consent. Data enquiries: info@maxiprint.ee.

What data is collected

The form sends a name, email or phone number, order description, product specifications and any artwork files selected by the user.

How the form works

The request and selected files are sent to the Maxiprint server and forwarded to info@maxiprint.ee so we can reply and prepare a quotation.

Purpose of processing

Data is used to answer the request, prepare a quote and clarify an order. The legal basis is taking steps at the user's request before a contract; analytics relies on separate consent.

Sharing with third parties

Data is not shared with third parties for marketing. Any transfer to partners needed to fulfil an order is limited to the minimum necessary.

Retention

Requests and files are kept only as long as needed to reply, prepare or fulfil an order and meet applicable accounting or legal obligations, then deleted or anonymised.

User rights

You may request access, correction, deletion or restriction of processing, and object to processing. Email info@maxiprint.ee. You may also complain to the competent supervisory authority.

Cookies

Necessary tools keep the site and form working. Google Analytics loads only after explicit consent. The choice is stored in your browser and can be changed via Cookie settings in the footer.
